Definition: “Recovered Revenue” means gross cash revenue actually received by Company that is directly attributable to Operator’s Recovery Activity on stalled, lost, or inactive opportunities. Share is calculated on collected funds only (not invoices, not booked revenue, not estimates).

Any re-entry offer is intended to be single-use and, after redemption, the customer returns to Company’s standard pricing (unless Company explicitly approves otherwise). No setup fees, retainers, salaries, or expense reimbursements are owed by Company. Operator is an independent party and not an employee, agent, partner, or consultant of Company.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time with written notice. Upon termination, Operator ceases Recovery Activity and Company revokes access. Payment obligations for recovered revenue collected during the term remain owed per this Agreement, even if collected after termination, so long as directly attributable to Recovery Activity initiated during the term.

Agreement Text (read-only)

1) Purpose: Operator will conduct post-decision revenue recovery efforts on stalled, lost, or inactive opportunities (“Recovery Activity”).

2) Compensation: Company will pay Operator a revenue share equal to the Operator percentage above of “Recovered Revenue.” Company retains the remaining percentage. Recovered Revenue is gross cash revenue actually received by Company and directly attributable to Recovery Activity.

3) Timing: Revenue share is calculated on collected funds only and paid on the schedule selected above.

4) Offer Authority: Operator may engage prospects neutrally to determine recoverability. If “Pre-approved bounds” is selected, Operator may extend re-entry offers within the stated bounds. If “Case-by-case approval” is selected, Company approval is required prior to offer execution.

5) Single-Use: Re-entry offers are intended to be single-use and revert to Company standard pricing after redemption unless Company approves otherwise in writing.

6) Independent Operator: Operator is independent and is not an employee, agent, partner, or consultant. Company owes no wages, benefits, reimbursements, or fees beyond the revenue share described here.

7) Termination: Either party may terminate at any time with written notice. Upon termination, Operator ceases Recovery Activity and Company revokes access. Payment obligations survive for recovered revenue directly attributable to Recovery Activity initiated during the term.

8) Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State listed above.
