System Access & Offboarding Acknowledgment

This acknowledgment defines how recovery systems are accessed, governed, and cleanly shut down. It exists to preserve control, reversibility, and operational clarity for both parties.

System Access Scope

Operator access is limited exclusively to recovery-specific systems, pipelines, automations, subdomains, and environments created for post-decision revenue recovery.

Operator is not granted access to Company’s core systems, financials, internal tools, or unrelated operational infrastructure.

Recovery systems are intentionally isolated to ensure clean separation, auditability, and reversibility.

Control & Revocation

Company may revoke system access at any time with written notice.

Revocation of access does not alter attribution or payment obligations for recovered revenue attributable to Recovery Activity initiated prior to revocation.

Offboarding & Shutdown

Upon termination or access revocation, Operator will cease Recovery Activity and disable recovery automations, messaging, and outbound actions.

Recovery subdomains, tracking links, and system connections may be disconnected without disruption to Company’s primary operations.

Company acknowledges that no permanent dependency, proprietary lock-in, or operational reliance is created by the recovery system.

No Continuity Obligation

Operator is not obligated to transition, document, or train Company staff on recovery systems after termination unless separately agreed in writing.
